sun.misc.BASE64Encoder cannot be resolved to a type 에러 해결 방법

svn에서 프로젝트를 check out 하고 나서 에러가 나는 부분이 있어서 확인해보니까 sun.misc.BASE64Encoder cannot be resolved to a type 에러가 발생했다. 해결방법을 찾으려고 구글링해보니까 다들 windows -> preferences -> java -> compile -> Errors/warings Deprecated and restricted API -> Forbidden refernce 값을 error 에서 warning으로 바꿔주면 된다는데 안된다.. 클린 몇번하면 되겠지 싶어서 계속 클린해보는데 안돼서 결국 다른 방법을 찾아봤다.
