STS(Spring Tool Suite) https://spring.io/tools Spring Tools 4 is the next generation of Spring tooling Largely rebuilt from scratch, Spring Tools 4 provides world-class support for developing Spring-based enterprise applications, whether you prefer Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, or Theia IDE. spring.io 밑에 4.12.1 Windows 버전으로 다운 받는다. jar 이지만 클릭해서 압축?을 풀면 이런 폴더가 생긴다. 거기서 클릭해서 실행하면 된다.
