스프링 부트 3.xx 빌드 오류 (Could not resolve org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-dependencies:3.0.5.)

 

스프링 부트 핵심 원리 와 활용 강의를 듣다가 이제 스프링부트 3점대를 사용해서 수업을 진행하기 때문에 

자바 17도 초반에 설치했었다.. (스프링부트 3부터는 자바 17이상이어야 한다.) 

 

그리고 이제 스프링 부트 프로젝트를 생성해서 프로젝트를 빌드하는데 ...

자꾸 이런 오류가 나면서 빌드 실패했다..

 

우선 해결 방법중에 스프링 부트 3 이 아닌 2점대로 내리면 빌드 성공한다고 했지만..

나는 지금 스프링 부트 3점대에서 강의를 듣고 공부해야하기 때문에 해결 방법이 아니었다. 

 

구글링해보니까 자바 버전 문제라는 얘기가 많아서 

자바 17도 다시 설치도 해보고... 

 

인텔리제이에 자바 17로 세팅되지 않았을 경우도 있다고 해서 

모두 자바 17로 세팅도 해줬다.. 

 

그 다음으로 발견한 방법으론 build.gradle에 

sourceCompatibility = '17'

이게 없어서 일수도 있다했지만 나는 있어서 해결방법이 아니었다..

mavenCentral() vs jcenter() 개념 및 차이점

여기서 mavenCentral() vs jcenter() 이런 글을 발견했고.. 혹시? 해서

jcenter() 를 추가해봤더니 build 성공했다..????? 뭐지???? 

위에 글에서 설명하기로는 우선 repositories 는 각종 의존성 (라이브러리) 들을 어떤 원격 저장소에서 받을 것인지를 정해준다. 

mavenCentral()과 jcenter()는 Android Studio 의 Gradle 플러그인 용 저장소라고 한다. 

보통 mavenCentral()을 많이 사용하고 jcenter()는 지원 중단된다고 했는데 왜 이걸 붙이니까 빌드 성공하는지는 아직 잘 모르겠다..

구글링해봐도 관련 내용이 나오지는 않아서.. 우선 해결은 했으니 작성은 하지만 원인과 이유 파악이 안돼서...

나중에 찾게 된다면 내용 추가를 해야겠다. ..😂
